HO-Scale East Broad Top 1930 22 ft. 2-Bay Hopper Kit

In 1930, the EBT designed and built new short steel hoppers for rock service. Only four of these 22-foot cars were built, numbered 618, 633, 636, and 638. They replaced ex-Hancock & Calmut wood cars that were retired in 1927.

Kits containing the unpainted hopper body, Vulcan trucks, brake wheel and staff, and decals for this unique car are available now. Each kit contains materials for one car. Couplers not included. 3D printed hopper body provided by FEBT member Ric Case. Ric Case photo of completed model.
