USGS Old Series Quadrangle Maps

USGS Maps of the EBT Region (old series). These black-and-white copies are made from photographic images produced directly from historic US Geologic Survey maps stored on microfilm at the National Cartographic Information Center. While the resulting copies are not great, they do show features of the EBT region not found on more recent maps. The four maps included here are the following 15-minute series quadrangles (edition date in parentheses): Mount Union (1924), which in¬cludes the EBT mainline south of Shirleysburg; Orbisonia (1940), which shows the EBT mainline to Saltillo and the Shade Gap branch to Neelyton; Broad Top (1933), which shows the mainline from Saltillo to Robertsdale and Woodvale, the Rocky Ridge branch, and the Coles Valley branch; and Huntingdon (1904), which shows the area eventually served by the north end of the Rocky Ridge branch. Copies are approximately full-size reproductions of original maps. Set of four maps. Sheet 1 shown.
