This issue includes information and drawings of EBT’s #11 (a 2-6-2 Prairie), and drawings for EBT’s second #4 (a 4-6-0 Ten Wheeler named Cromwell) that were missing from part 2 in the July/August 2017 issue, as well as an article on the 2-10-2 Decapod proposed for the EBT but “that never was”. Includes nine pages of text, photographs and drawings concerning the EBT. This issue concludes Ferrel’s series of articles of the early EBT locomotives.
