EBT Gas-Electric Combination Car M-1

The East Broad Top built the M-1 Gas-Electric combination car in their own shops using engines, tanks and trucks from the J.G. Brill Company, and motors and other electrical equipment from the Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company. The car entered service in January, 1927, and was a great success. It still operates on the East Broad Top.

This drawing, dated July, 1926, shows side and top views of the car, and was provided by Rich Wickett from his collection. The image is approximately 14 inches by 30 inches. Printed on 24 inch by 36 inch paper; shipped rolled in mailing tube. (1 sheet).
